Can't comment much on the software as I'm only responsible for getting it installed, but their customer service experience was brilliant. Assisted with the retrieval of a product key with minimal information to hand, went above and beyond what I was expecting.

It is for me the best software for Laser cutters… I’m using it for many years and it is excellent… I recommend it 100%

bonjour à tous! j'utilise ce logiciel pour faire fonctionner mon graveur laser! c'est à mon avis le logiciel de référence pour mon graveur excellent produit facile à utiiser ! et même si d'autres sont gratuits, il a tout pour satisfaire tout le monde !!

Nadat ik de hulp van het team heb gehad voor de installatie van Lightburn kwam er snel het volgende probleem bij. Mijn Pc die klaagde maar steeds wat over virussen die eigenlijk nep virussen zijn geweest. Als je vragen of problemen hebt mag je altijd ons om hulp vragen. Dus dat heb ik gedaan de 2 hulplijn aan gevraagd. En in no time was ik weer met het (reddingsteam) verbonden. Eindresultaat alles opgelost en draait weer als een zonnetje. Die bedrijf is een echte aanrader wat betreft in de software en echte schouder klopje voor die jongens TOP D.Mauritshoek
