i ordered an item that was supposedly in stock. after a few days i contacted them and inquired as to why it didnt ship. i was told that it was going to be shipped from the manufacturer and it never was. i then asked for a refund. as expected, i was not refunded in the timeframe THEY specified, so now i have a paypal claim against them. i will order from a reputable company in the future.
