Ordered 2 pairs of Air Boss 2 shoes. They are nice shoes, but I take a size 10 in every mainstream runner, and I am drowning in the Air Boss size 10. They are VERY oversized, not true to size as they say on the web. They are in effect a virtual store, so don't ever expect to speak to a human to get any questions answered. Buyer beware ordering a high end item where sizing is an issue!! Final point. Unless you live in the USA, don't buy them. As a Canadian I paid $190 in duties and taxes on a $332 order. Good product horrible service. I tried multiple times to contact thru phone and email with zero response, therefore my low rating, in addition to the sizing problem. Use the FLYCOOLSHIT discount if you buy.

I am disappointed upon the receipt of my Lift Navigator L-1 kneeboard. I feel the picture on the website is misleading. What I saw when I ordered the item is a kneeboard that is wedge shaped: higher at the forward edge to the iPad would be angled somewhat towards me. What I got was a kneeboard that sits flat on my leg so my view of the iPad is oblique. Having received the item and looked again at the website I can see how I was misled. I shall not be using this item and will be returning it for credit.

I paid $16.00 for two day shipping. That was a week ago and my package has yet to come. Expected delivery is in another week.

The rudder sliders broke apart on my first flight. Very disappointed in the quality.

Unfortunately very bad experience in regards to product quality versus price and terrible customer service. I watched a great add on Facebook for these great shoes that are very comfortable and look really good. The website mentions that the shoes should be chosen slightly bigger than your actual size since they don't seem true to their size which direction I followed. For the price I was expecting high quality shoes: Once I received the shoes , they were too big and the quality was extremely cheap, The LIFT sticker on the side of the shoe is actually just a plastic emblem glued onto the shoe and I was almost able to scrub it off with one finger the day of reception. Something I would've accepted if the shoes were $30-$50, but they are selling those shoes for $166.46 which includes Tax $13.21 and shipping of $14.25. When I tried to exchange them , I was told to pay the shipping fee again to return them, and pay the shipping for the new shoes which would up the price an extra $30 which would come to approximately $200 for a pair of shoes that are worth like earlier mentioned $30-$50 top! So I decided to just ship them back to at least get my money back but ended up spending $30 and not getting any shoes. The person I spoke to via emails and phone had a big attitude and treated me like she was the customer and I had to be grateful for buying from them. To resume: I strongly recommend you to buy your shoes elsewhere!

My shoes patented slide system's plastic was crumbling when the shoes arrived.
