We are totally dissatisfied with the the service this company has given us. When we finally had the ramp installed it was not fully completed providing accessibility for a wheelchair. Calls and texts to the main number, the scheduler, to check on parts that should have been available to begin with have been unanswered or responded to. We are very disappointed and expected more from previous reviews.

Jorge is top notch and reinstalled my ramp after we had an addition added.

Excellent product and service. Expert installation and safety testing. Easy to work with and provided great follow-up. The sales consultant and designer were very accommodating. The technicians and installers were very respectful of our property and were cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended company.

Trevor came out and installed a new chair lift and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, well versed and personable. Would recommend to everyone!

Installer Antwan was on time. He was methodical, meticulous and patient in installing the chair lift. After installation, he explained in detail the operation and oversaw my first ride up and down the stairway to the basement. Excellent company to do business with.

The product was reasonably priced, the installation process was quick and easy, and it all worked fine for 18 months. When a problem developed (wouldn't go all the way down), I spent three days calling for service and leaving messages (which were never returned) before finally getting a representative on the line. Even though the device was still under warranty, I was informed that a "service call" fee of $250 ($266 with taxes and other fees), paid in advance, would be charged just to have a technician come out and look at it. Apparently the two year warranty only applies to parts. I will update this when the technician arrives tomorrow afternoon.

John G was AWESOME. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He came to do maintenance on all 3 of my chair lifts, and it only took him about 40 minutes. Thanks John for being so awesome. Also a shout out to Anna H who called me to schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly, and helped set up my appointment within 10 days. I was shocked because I really thought it would be several weeks before they were able to make it out. Thanks Anna 😁

Expert service, which is rare these days. Highly recommended.
