This company is excellent in every aspect of their operation. We needed to make bath and bedroom modifications for my spouse's return to home from a hospital.That involved several weeks' time and a big expenditure. At that time, I came to know about Lifeway Mobility through a friend. I called them for a consultation. They sent a gentleman who walked through our house and made great suggestions to make it safe for my spouse. In a matter of 3 to 4 days 2 stairlifts were installed and our tub was modified to make it a walk in shower. These changes not only saved us thousands of dollars but were done expediently to meet our needs. Every individual I dealt with at Lifeway was courteous, understanding and supportive. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better service than this.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Lifeway Mobility since their beginning. I mostly have the pleasure to work with Matt Randazzo. Matt is the most genuine, easy going, responsive person I work with. He is always professional, thoroughly explains to our clients what he is going to do or how something may work, kind, efficient and always is timely with getting work done. I would highly recommend working with this company for any of your needs.

Monique and Brian of Hartford came out to evaluate the unit as requested in an extremely expeditious manner. This was a complex matter and Monique put our minds to rest, extremely patient and empathic, more than most customer service representatives. I felt assured after talking to her that Brian would be out within days. Brian came out and reviewed the interior, disability accommodations needed and went so far above and beyond with his help and service to this family in Old Lyme, CT it was extraordinary. His knowledge, professionalism, care and concern was a true credit to this company. He extended his knowledge to us in an unusual way, that when this family is ready for handicap modifications, there would be no other to call than, Lifeway Mobility. Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, professional and helped to put things into perspective. I am sure, he is of great value to your company as his reflection upon services provided and modifications for handicap issues is top notch because he is so tuned into what is necessary and able to explain to family of what should be considered. The team from Lifeway Mobility was very professional. i felt comfortable with them in my home. I could tell that the team had experience. Their work was excellent. I am very happy with the bathroom modification they did for me. My bathroom looks beautiful and I can now give my daughter a shower safely.

The guy who came out was all around good. My only complaint is the 195 fee. Most people with a lift are elderly and on a fixed income. Even 150 would be a little easier on the wallet
