Doug came to our house on time, cleanly dressed and very pleasant to work with. He took his time with our decisions and every aspect of the grab bar installation. He worked with us on what style of bars would work best for us in each location and offered valuable suggestions. His prices were more than reasonable. On time and professional

Everything was very easy right from the first phone call to schedule a free in home estimate, to the installation. The representative that came to do the measuring and options for a ramp was very nice & knowledgeable of our needs. The installers were also nice and did a great job installing and explaining things, the price was very affordable. Highly recommended.

Repair man was on time and explained what was happening and what he was doing. He was very polite and knew what he was talking about.

Chris from the Minneapolis office arrived to do the camera measurements. The state of MN is paying over $10,000 for this install to my 83 year old father's stair lift. I had some cribbing for a temporary lift that I left in place per a discussion with Chris. He arrived, and was very angry with my parents that this cribbing was still in place. My 83 year old mother, who never says anything about anyone, said "he could have just kept his mouth shut, he was so angry." He went on to yell at my 2 year old grandson who was picking up measurement tiles Chris layer down to play with. My wife removed my grandson as soon as she noticed this, but Chris's demeanor, non-verbal's were unprofessional and very, very rude. He actually yelled at a 2-year old! I left a message for the manager of the Minneapolis store, but have not heard back. Chris went on to remove the cribbing, but was very frustrated and put out as this took more time and he was in a hurry. I want to say this is one bad apple, and hope the rest of the process goes better! I would like to see an apology from Chris to my parents.
