Wally was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood how it works. He had us try it out and made sure we knew about all the safety features. We. Had quotes from three other companies and honestly, Wally was the nicest salesman of them all. The other important thing we liked is the brand Bruno being made in the USA. Thanks again.

I had a few doctor’s appointments to attend during the week and I didn’t have to cancel any of them because the company Immediately sent a repairman out to service my porch lift. He was knowledgeable, professional, very polite and he got the job done. I am very appreciative of the company’s customer service.

Terry was the best of 5 consultants to come to my home. He took measurements and asked us which side of the staircase we preferred. All other reps came in and told us where it would be. He gave a thorough explanation. Although he knew that we met with others, he did not attempt to rush through the process or pick our brains to see what we discussed with the others. He had a solid presentation that stood on its own merits.

We purchased a USED stairlift and are extremely happy with this decision so far. It appears to be in perfect cosmetic condition and is fully functional. The installation took only an hour and would have been less if we didn't chat and ask questions. Great product and service!

The best!!!! Eric and Derrick were amazing!!! They were so kind, patient, hard working and honestly the best! I could hear Eric training Derrick and he was just amazing. I wanted to tip them but didn’t have any cash in the house. I tried to put it on the credit card but was told by main office that I couldn’t. You have 2 treasures there snd I hope you appreciate them and treasure them!!! I could not have been happier!!!
