The work on our bathroom took way too long
The work on our bathroom took way too long! 7 months from start to finish. I do understand that COVID halted some things for a while. Charles did the initial part of the work and he did a good job, except that he never painted, only primer. He left a bunch of stuff (wheelbarrow, drywall, toilet, etc,) in our backyard for seven months. He didn’t complete the work. He never contacted me again. Noel finished the work this week. He did a fabulous job? I am really happy with it! Jessica has been lovely to work with!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We first want to say we're very sorry for the delay in finishing the project. There were some issues internally that were unforeseen and as you mentioned, there were some external factors that caused delays. Regardless, the time it took from start to finish falls below our standard expectations and we will do our best to prevent that from happening again in the future. Charles is no longer with the company, but we do apologize for him leaving those materials and any inconvenience that caused. On the other hand we're happy to hear Noel did a great job completing the project and that you had a great experience with Jessica.
