Lifeway MobilityReviews of lifewaymobility.com

I need several home modifications for a family member who is severely disabled. Zach and Nick just installed a wheelchair ramp in my garage and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond what they were required to do, and did it in an efficient and timely fashion. I felt that they were courteous, skillful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Zach was also one of the individuals who installed a stairway chair lift in my home previously, and he answered some questions I had about it as well on the day the ramp was installed. Another note about Zach and Nick in particular: I am a person suffering from a disability as well, and I was just beginning the (somewhat painful) process of shoveling snow from my driveway when the men arrived to put in the ramp. While Nick moved things in my garage and did other preparatory work, Zach grabbed a shovel and helped me clean the snow in record time. I was very, very grateful for that act of kindness. Every employee of this company I have dealt with so far has convinced me that this is a person-centered company that employs kind as well as professional people, and that anyone who hires them is in very good hands.

The technician (uDaniel Morsberger), reviewed/showed me the following ; proper way to use/ride the stairlift; the 2 remotes controls; turn off the stairlift during power failure,; the stairlift seat is always in charging position; and all the safety features of the chassis, afootrest, seat swivel etc.

Very respectful, professional and very quick @ his job. Everything I could have dreamed for and more. I Highly recommend. They exceeded my 5 star experience

We live in Baltimore MD. My wife had back surgery three years ago and it is hard for her to climb stairs. We selected Lifeway Mobility as our partner, and we're glad we did. Dan and Derrick installed our Bruno Elite stair chair yesterday. They took time to make sure it was installed flawlessly, and they gave us plenty of time to help us understand how it works. Patience, helpfulness, friendliness, and competence made the difference, and Lifeway is head and shoulders above the other Bruno dealers locally. The product is good and Lifeway Mobility team members are well trained in good customer service. Well done !

The salesman was very informative and answered all of our questions. Customer service were very helpful with keeping us informed of the installation. The installer was very professional, explaining everything about the stair lift. Excellent experience overall.

From start to finish Lifeway Mobility was extremely helpful. Getting a quote and the right product to fit my needs was seamless. The installer, Jesse, was a pleasure to work with and had a wealth of knowledge about the product. He was very helpful and explained all the safety aspects of the chair. I would recommend this company to anyone looking put a chairlift in their home.

The installers arrived promptly and did the work seamlessly with no interruptions because of unforeseen situations. They were polite and gave very clear instructions for use and maintenance. This stairlift was a replacement for another brand. The difference is amazing. Instead of a 4 minute stop and start, repeatedly, one direction, I now go up in one minute and down in one and a half. Wonderful.

Installation was done very professionally. Installer was informative, extremely neat and very helpful with all aspects of usage. We would recommend this installer and company to anyone looking for safety measures in the home.
