Keith (Durham Region) was prompt, actually early, and took time to understand our current and future needs regarding door to car access via a wheelchair ramp. We were limited due to existing walkway, landscaping, softness of front yard soil, and slope of driveway. All of those were no issue for Keith, as he came up with a compliant design, allowing for a midway platform for rest/transition to final length of ramp. Not knowing how long we were going to have need for ramp, we chose purchase option, knowing that company will present offer to purchase from us when time comes. Keith worked diligently with us via email well past quitting time. He knew our urgency and followed through. Our installer, Jovan, provided us with an eta via phone call. He arrived as scheduled and proceeded with install in an efficient manner, not disturbing us, PT person or UberEats delivery. Jovan was kind, courteous, dedicated and very helpful. Unfortunately the front door threshold ramp had not been included in Jovan’s inventory list. Wanting to be sure we’d be able to use ramp right away, he drove the 90-minutes round trip to get this final piece. As Jovan was finishing and trying to install threshold ramp, he realized measurements were incorrect and he had wrong ramp. Not to be defeated, Jovan once again drove 90-minutes round trip and returned with correct threshold ramp. Well, as we all agreed, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Jovan got creative with his skills and custom fit to our uneven threshold. Ramp was completed! But Jovan’s customer service didn’t end there. No, he wanted to ensure that we were comfortable trying ramp. It’s our first time needing a wheelchair and ramp; thought it’d be easy. Jovan provided tips for coming down and kindly showed me how to get momentum to reach platform then do same. If I pre open screen and front doors my husband can go straight inside. We really appreciated Keith and Jovan’s dedication to making sure we had safe mobility access. Their kindness, honesty, senses of humor, and respect towards not just my husband (wc) but me as spouse, too. I felt at ease and comfortable with Keith and Jovan during the entire process. Which was an excellent turnaround! If we require any other services that Lifeway Mobility provides, we’ll definitely give them a call and recommend to others. Thanks guys!

Luis/ Kevin installed a custom chairlift for my brother. They were professional and efficient and went through the teaching instructions thoroughly. Highly recommend them!

We have been thoroughly pleased with Accessible Systems of Denver from the first visit showing us what was available to the installation of the chairlift by Jeremy and Jeff. We highly recommend this company and have referred a friend to them. Our little dog, as well as the grandchildren, think it is great fun. Limit of one ride a visit.

I've discovered that the company did a "bait and switch" on me, and made the installation twice as expensive as it should have been, and made the monthly rental 2 1/2 times what I was originally quoted.

Very happy with the bathroom remodel that LifeWay Mobility just completed for our disabled teenage son. The shower is very easy to use and beautiful design. The tile matches perfectly and there is also a lower sink so he should be able to be more independent. They also Put in a ramp, grab bars and stair lift 10 years ago so we were very happy when they won the bid. All the staff we encountered were very kind, respectful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend for all your disability project needs in Minnesota.
