The salesman - Anthony was great! The workers that constructed the ramp - Javon, Tony and Jordan were a delight to work with. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and very efficient! The whole process from my first phone call to the completion of the ramp installation was simple and easy.

I called Life Way Mobility for service because my two year old mobility chair had a little squeak. Probably just needed some oil. The customer service representative sent someone for maintenance check which I was told would cost $200.00. The technician appeared and wiped off the outside of the unit with a black sponge (or cloth) and allegedly put some grease on it. It took him every bit of 15 minutes certainly not more including the time he rode the chair up and down the stairs. I asked what am I paying $200.00 for and he he responded with the cost being $250.00. That's not what I was told and $200.00 was to much money to wipe off a chair. I do that at least two times a month in my general cleaning. I called Lifeway Mobility several times and finally got an answer after the 4th call. She wasn't very nice and not professional at all. No on could tell me why I would or should pay $250.00 to wipe of a chair. That's not maintenance or service that's a scam. The conversation became heated after I demanded to know why the price changed from $200 to 250 and asked how can rubbing the equipment with a sponge be maintenance. He did loosen a screw that he had in fact tightened. The total time he spent was about 15 minutes. He sent more time on the phone telling the customer service representative that I refused to pay. I had the $200.00 in cash in my had and asked for a receipt. He restated that the bill was $250.00 and further stated that he did not have a receipt. Bulll Poop. After a heated conversation with the customer service rep Kirsen (phonetically spelled) who rarely answers the phone she said she would allow me to pay $200.00. Did she think she was doing me a favor. She followed it with "we will not be servicing you again". boo hoo. I put the cash in my pocket and wrote a check so I would have a receipt. I didn't trust her and I don't trust her company. BEWARE. get in in writing. Paying $200.00 or $250.00 for a $3500.000 chair to be wiped down is an insult. They did not perform maintenance. they wiped off the chair outside of the equipment and looked at the battery light which was working. The did not do a maintenance check and if that's what they are charging these crazy fees for I would suggest getting it in writing before they come. Furthermore she lied about the charge. I did not imagine that she said the cost would be $200.00 SOMEBODY SAID THAT. What a scam. This is even worst than the service I got in 2022 when I purchased the chair and had 5 service calls before it was operating properly in the first 3 weeks. i would not recommend them. This is another insult to seniors...beware of these unruly scammers and crooks.

My name is Lisa and I live in the Wichita Kansas area. I live in a mobile home and have recently been confined to a power chair. Since I only had steps to my home, I needed a ramp put into place. Logan and his team helped me with all of the paperwork, and the patience needed to obtain the funding for it. Then when the day finally came for installation, Logan was wonderful. He was very friendly and professional. He even was able to deal with my husband and father-in-law talking to him and his assistant while assembling the ramp. Then he made sure that I was comfortable going up and down the ramp. This has given me my freedom back. I now can be a normalish human. I feel like I have also made a good friend through this. So Thank you Logan and God bless.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our new Bruno stairlift. Jon presented us with a thorough overview of the different stairlifts available. There was no pressure to purchase which we appreciated. Mackenzie was our installer and he was awesome. He did his job well, answered all of our questions, trained me to where I felt safe and confident. The entire process was seamless. Also, made in the USA.
