Great customer service. Employees are professional and courteous. The stairlift was needed due to my hip surgery. We rented until it was no longer needed and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

Purchased 2 used Stairlift units with the understanding that since my parents were 88 years old and 86 years old, we would need to have buy back option of the units when my parents no longer needed them, which could be relatively soon since my father had end stage COPD. We were told by our Salesman, Pete, that absolutely we are eligible for the buy back program. We paid $5600.00. My father passed away 6 days after units were installed. My mother lived in house several months after my father passed, while on a waiting list for a Senior Living Facility and is now moving to the Senior facility. Upon calling Lifeway Mobility to schedule removal and buyback, Nicole told that the units installed DIDN'T QUALIFY FOR BUYBACK and not only that, but WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THE UNITS UNINSTALLED. Spoke to Supervisor, Amanda and she said she would have to see if an "exception" could be made since our salesman misled us and one of the units was "only one year too old" to qualify for buyback. Spoke to GM, Jeff and he said they do not have buyback options for the units installed and he refused to admit that his salesman out and out lied to us in the fact that they would be eligible for buyback. When asked where the policy is in writing that only certain units are eligible, we were told that "it is an internal policy" and they "don't have the buyback policy in writing". Jeff reluctantly offered to give $100 refund per unit back. Completely not acceptable, but they refused to budge. This company completely took advantage of my elderly parents in installing ineligible units, charging to have units removed, refusing to honor buyback program, refusing the give buyback policy in writing and them insulting us by offering $100 per unit after 5 phone conversations!

Hakeem & Paul were on time & they finished on time! They were friendly & explained how to use everything clearly. They made sure the ramp & the door & lift systems were setup perfectly for me. They offered to come back if adjustments need to be made.

I'm a Polio surviver since age 9 months Called them to fix a stairlift that quit working and not only did they fix it but they serviced it as well as the other one I have .In addition the gentelman serviced my garage vertical platform lift These people are the best BTW I did not think my lifts needed service as they were not squeaking or anything But when he opened up the guts of these chairs and pulled out every baring (at least 4 in each chair) cleaned it and lubicated it with a special lubricant I truely felt small Little did I know this needs to be done annually just like your car It's no wonder my lift quit working and offcourse on a Friday afternoon Live and learn Mikhail Y Imseis MD

James Martinez arrived promptly in the morning and worked tirelessly until he finished the EZSteps. What a craftsman! The steps are gorgeous and extremely sturdy. Lifeway Mobility even guarantees the work for a full year. I definitely would recommend using them for any accessibility modifications.
