My wife and I are in our mid-70"s and going up and down the stairs to the second story of our home was at times very challenging. I weigh in at 345 pounds and needed a Stair Chair that could support my weight. The Bruno Elite, with a 400 pound lift capacity, was just what we were looking for. Installation took about 2 1/2 hours, after which the technician fully explained all of the operational requirements for the chair. It works great and looks great! We are exceptionally happy with the whole process of working with Lifeway Mobility.

They were a wonderful company to do business with. They lay out your options, explain every thing and let you choose with no pressure or hard sales pitches. Then they deliver what you have agreed upon. They install fast and on time and in our case they remove the rental right on time. While the unit was in our home it preformed perfectly. Hopefully we will not need accessibility help in the future but if we do Lifewaymobility will be our first choice.

I recently purchased a stairlift through Lifeway Mobility. I am so pleased with the service and product that Lifeway Mobility provided. Within a few days of reaching out to the company, Gio was at my home to thoroughly walk me through the stairlift options. Gio was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions and was able to answer all my questions. I urgently needed the stairlift since my mother had a back injury and couldn’t use the stairs. Gio made sure to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. The installation went smoothly and the chair is in perfect working order. It has been over a month since installation and the chair is working perfectly. My mother is now able to navigate her home with ease. I’m very happy with the product and customer service that Lifeway Mobility has provided. I highly recommend them.
