Mr. Ramos was exceptionally good at explaining what was the problem with the lift. He contacted the office to order the new part. Also, he was very patient and caring regarding some questions I had about the lift as well. I look forward to seeing him again once the part arrives. He’s Mr wonderful!!! Jovan was very compassionate and very helpful. He went right to the problem. He checked the entire chair, since we have had several problems since its installation. The ramp was put up in a timely manner. They took the time to explain how to care for the ramp, very friendly and Personable.

The installer was very polite from beginning to end and answered all question to my understanding about the product. He seemed to be very Knowledgeable and eager to explain the finer details about the operation and capabilities of my new stairlift. I feel pleased and confident about the operation and safety features. He also seem to be particular about the installation.
