we are happy with our new patio door. Arturo and Eddie were our installers and did a fabulous job, professional and focused on the task.

Very disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend this company. Initially, they left a faucet dripping, which caused a water stain on the newly refinished tub. I thought that was the problem, but I later realized that was nothing compared to the real issue: the entire tub remained sticky and never properly cured, despite never being used. It took THREE WEEKS just to get a response and almost TWO MONTHS to finally get the tub fixed. Then, after all that, they charged me another $75 to correct the problem. I paid because I needed it resolved and felt I had little choice. Mistakes happen, but standing behind your work is what matters. In my experience, their warranty meant very little when I had to chase them for weeks and then pay additional money to get a failed job corrected. They eventually fixed it, but I would not use this company again.

I would leave zero stars but I’m not able to. I am writing this review to warn others about the absolute nightmare I have experienced with Lifetime Services. Their level of service is, frankly, the worst I have ever encountered. The problems started with the initial job, where the paint was neither mixed correctly nor cured properly; even after two weeks, it still wouldn't dry. When they finally came back to redo it, the quality was so poor and the workmanship so shoddy that the paint began to crack almost immediately. When they arrived for a follow-up to address these failures, it became clear they had no intention of doing the job right. The technician attempted to simply paint over the previous coats as a "band-aid" solution rather than removing the defective paint to address the root of the problem. When I instructed him that the paint needed to be removed and the job started anew, he flatly refused, claiming it would take "too much time," and walked out on the appointment. To make matters even worse, when they finally agreed to reschedule, they cancelled on me yet again—this time with the excuse that the technician "did not want to work late." It is clear that this company has zero respect for their customers' time or the quality of their work. So finally they came for the fourth and final time to complete the job and they scheduled it on their own time (disregarding my availability). Because I had to leave for work, I requested that the technician lock the unit upon completion of the work, as I was required to be away for my shift. Upon my return, I discovered the door had been left wide open. This is a significant lapse in professional conduct and safety! They are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely incapable of delivering a decent result. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for service.

Horrible work!.. Hired these people to refinish my cabinets, there’s paint everywhere where it shouldn’t be and barely any paint where it should be!.. Do yourselves a favor & stay away from them!

Horrible service!!! I got my tub reglazed 6/23/26. The work was neat and clean. Once I used the tub 6/26/26. The tub came unglazed. This was suppose to last for 1 year. It didn’t last a week. I called to let them know. My phone went right to voicemail several times. I messaged on thumbtack where I picked up the services nothing !

The technician who came out to my home and reglazed my second bathtub did an awesome job‼️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Great professional service which is hard to find these days. I had my bathtub reglazed, the bathroom walls and floor regrouted, radiater refinished, painting and repairs. The guy was amazing and was a very dedicated hard worker that paid attention to detail. He was organized, clean and left no mess. Everything was covered and professionally handled. I will be using them for other work in the near future as this was such a stress free process. My bathroom looks beautiful and brand new!!! Im honestly amazed. Their pricing is VERY FAIR and its QUALITY work. Im a happy customer 😊
