Lifetime Fleecing it's Customers - Running them off
Lifetime is a nice club with lots of services, pool, cafe, pickleball, basketball, yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, tennis, massage chairs. It cost about 220 a month. Here is the catch. Once you are a member you are now a cash cow that Lifetime wants to exploit. Nothing is free. They are constantly trying to get in your wallet. It is so annoying, buy this, try this, take this training, pay to reserve a court, late fees if you late to play a sport, buy this, buy that, so disrespectful to paying members. Huge turn off and creates an adversarial relationship with the club. I constantly here members thinking of ways to hurt of sabotage the business. Thinks like use more towels, don't clean up after yourself to force LT workers to do more, leave the showers running to waste water, waste soap and supplies, it really turns the club into a business corporate cut throat climate to were you are not respected by LT so if you paying you might as well cost LT for harassing you about fees and getting more money from you. It really is sad, in the last few years it has gotten worse and worse. Unfortunately people establish relationships, friendships and it because part of you life, but at some point you have to decide how much fun is it to pay a business to harass you and try and steal every penny from you every day and not value you as a paying customer. smh When I see pronouns on name tags I don't see employees giving customer service, I see political posturing. The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all them. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of feathers and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for pvt use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet.
