Lifetime Chestnuthill let men into the only woman’s locker room because they feel like women with penises. They also let dogs there in the spa area. Horrible. We have complained to the corporate office and none of them would fix it. We left that horrible gym. Stay away, protect your kids .

They wanted to removed a man from wearing a shirt saying "Israel is killing babies" and even said his membership is not valid and he was trespassing.

Worst gym ever

They are one of the most unscrupulous companies I've ever done business with. Their policies are all as customer unfriendly as possible, as if they were designed that way. They only care about squeezing money out of you and every policy reflects it. For example, if you make ANY change to your membership, they instantly increase your membership to whatever the highest level is at that time. While their facilities are great, they are among the slimiest companies in the world!
