I’ve learned so much from Pip at Trade…
I’ve learned so much from Pip at Trade Surge. He shared insights I never knew existed and, more importantly, helped me believe in myself and my potential as a real estate investor. Pip has a great sense of humor—he had us all laughing while still keeping things real by sharing his personal journey with us. Thank you, Pip, for your generosity, wisdom, and for inspiring me to stay committed to this path. With God leading me, I know I’m on the right journey.

Went to the Real Estate Surge and Pip was a wonderful instructor. He gave a very clear presentation that a newbie to Real Estate can understand and even a seasoned investor can appreciate. Very worth my time to join the 3 day event!

Amazing no-nonsense in-depth coverage of many advanced real estate strategies. Provided a clear approach to the value creation mechanism behind every strategy as well as the risks and exit strategies for each.
