Pip and crew!
When I attended the Surge conference I had no idea it would have led me to this spot. For a while now I have been struggling with what I want to do or should do as I out grow my JOB. A lot of prayer and a random invite brought me to the real estate course. My finance' and I have purchased the program and plan on continuing to educate ourselves further with the help of the team. Pip and all of his crew have been amazing this weekend. So much information and positive affirmation have really help to motivate us. We cannot thank and praise Pip and company enough!

I really enjoyed the Real estate…
I really enjoyed the Real estate seminar in Carrollton, Tx. Pip along with his associates did very well by teaching this course & life long courses to come. I hope that this course is the 2nd step to providing shelter for GOD’s KINGDOM and recruit more of his children to his KINGDOM.

Pip is a Pip!! Love this guy! He genuinely cares about people and wants the best for them. The way he presents the information holds your attention and you are never bored. Great mix of valuable information and entertainment. One of the funniest people that I have ever met. Don't let that confuse you about the information presented. PIP is very amazing
PIP is very amazing, teaches with a lot of passion, knowledgeable, keeps the class exciting and gets you to be able to listen to what he has to deliver. He uses practical examples and shares names of the students that have already done this and their success stories to make you know that it is doable. I would always recommend him

Hands down the best Real Estate…
Hands down the best Real Estate Investing Weekend class I have every attended. Information was specific, real life scenarios, executable. Have been to many such events, inspired by leval of support, transparency and Christian principle to take my leap of faith into Real Estate Investing
