Jermy Diaz is an amazing concierge! Things have a way of turning into chaos when on vacation, but that's ok because the stress is not on me. Jermy figures out all the glitches and really makes my holiday as stress free as possible. It's so nice to come to the resort and let go of all the responsibilities. If I need anything I call Jermy or leave her a note. It's always handled. She is amazing!

Jermy Diaz!!! She was the absolute best! Professional, friendly, accommodating, and fun! She planned and executed everything perfectly. My stay was 12/16/2025 until 12/26/2025.

Its been a while since i went to Dominican Republic and i am glad i was able to go for my very first vacation in a while!. I've been a member of their LHVC since 2021 and i can really tell the difference with the service and how much it has grow. One of the best memories i have is with Luis Felipe, he really was a big help to make this stay the best i've ever had. From the morning calls to make sure all my dinner reservations are made on time and also helping me with my spanish! Mucha gracia Lipe and LHVC familia!

We love this place and even more so the people!! We started coming here close to 20 years ago - the accommodations- food - drinks and most especially the great parties complete with singing and dancing and fire shows is First Class!!! Everyone from the reception to the maintenance workers makes us feel welcome and we always get the best concierges to look after us like Jermy Diaz and all the rest - Top Notch!!! We can’t wait to go back again 🥰
