My order was placed on the 6th of Nov and I was hoping to get it before I went out of town on the 17th. It was delivered on the 22nd and I didn't get home until Sunday afternoon on the 24th. So when I opened the box there were only 3 of the 4 bottles I ordered. All three bottles have NO label. So I don't know what I have as the color seems more pink than the ones I was taking. Now I'm totally out!! No one has given me any answers at all. I'm so very disappointed in this company. You actually have a great product but your customer service is the absolute worst.

I ordered 4 bottles and only received 1 bottle. I emailed 3 times and did not receive any help. I called twice and each time they told me they would have to send it to a supervisor. Nothing yet

Good morning Daniel. Let us first apologize for the packaging mistake. There seems to be an error in the system with this particular product which is being fixed immediately. In the meantime, we'd love to offer you 2 more free bottles (on top of the missing bottles you originally ordered) in order to make up for the inconvenience this has caused. Please send an email to our customer service team at your earliest convenience with a contact number so that we may resolve this for you. Rest assured, you'll be very happy with the results of our products and we'll make sure you are 100% satisfied with the service you receive in the future.

Hi there! We're sorry the order was a bit late coming your way, we've got so many orders for Cerebra that our dedicated customer service agents may have made a small error in the back store. We'd certainly appreciate your positive feedback when you have a moment. Thank you very much for trusting in our products!
