This is hands down the best low-cost hot tub available. It offers more jets than many higher-priced models and is incredibly easy to maintain. This is actually the second time we’ve purchased this same tub—the first one was sold with our previous home—and we specifically chose to buy it again because we liked it that much. Working with Lifesmart Outlet was seamless. Shipping was free, the tub arrived within just a few days, and the freight company did a great job coordinating delivery. They were professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Overall, an excellent experience and a fantastic product. Highly recommend!

Returning tub cuz top wouldn’t seal
Response from Lifesmart OutletMay 1, 2026
We are sorry to hear you are not pleased with the cover and the performance. The cover is not intended 'to seal' the spa, rather it sits on top and the straps secure it and anchor it to the spa. We are glad to help you maximize the opportunity with the spa if we can do anything to assist or answer any questions! Thanks, The LifemsartOutlet.com Team
