Fire aspiration filter.
It took two weeks 8/26 - 9/9 to get the ordered part. That time frame should be cut in half. Five working days is the acceptable maximum time frame for delivery.

You had what I needed you tracked my order you sent my order. That is kind of the expectation. I have not had an issue with your company so I do not know how well you provide support or conflict resolution. So you met the above minimum for service at this time.

Simplex 4100-1210
THe description on the site indicated the part was in stock, I received an email saying you were having to order the part from us (JCI) with a 6-8 week lead time. I have ordered items through you before with no issue and I understand the supply chain issues we are having.

Cliff - I believe that you are posting a review of another provider as we do not have the Simplex 4100-1210 on the web site nor do we show any communication between Life Safety Consultants and yourself regarding that particular item. The order you reference was for Qty 4 Simplex 565-925 which were shipped promptly. We appreciate your business and hope you have a great day

The original order was not correct
The original order was not correct. I ordered 2 covers and was only shipped 1 with the original order. I called when I received the package and opened it. your team quickly corrected the error and sent the 2nd one quickly which I appreciate. Both are installed and necessary to prevent some accidental alarms in key spots within our school buildings.
