Jason - your order was received on September 3, and delivered on September 11. We are sorry that you felt that was not a quick delivery considering shipping across country. We thank you for your additional order placed with us on Sept 16 for an additional 10 units.

After my colleague, gave this company a negative review for having gone two weeks without purchased product having been shipped and already having been billed, we received an email that stated our review was uncalled for and that they would be cancelling our order. That is what is uncalled for.

An explanation was emailed explaning that there was an issue with the items ordered and that they were delayed, unfortunately that wasnt received well - we refunded the order in full

Placed an order on 3/29 and by 4/12 i didn't have any updates. i caleed the phone no and leave voicemails and i email them on 4/12.

Purchased a manual pull down station and the never sent the battery, received it a week later. I then get told by the FD it’s not legal for a day care because it does not have continuous power. I never used it or opened the box so I asked to return it and they charge 20% restock fee. Which is ridiculous. Will never purchase from them again. They could’ve simply helped replace it for the correct one. That’s all I wanted. Go to your local fire fab store and they will help you out. I spent 119.00$ and 80$ to install by a professional. These people cheated 680$ for something that will not work. They want money and not worried about public safety. What a shame to support a business like this.

they lied to me they don't have the MFSA # for the CA Fire Code...For that is needed by The CA fire Department to Approved them...and they have the worse Customer Service... Very bad experience

Mr Guizar - the listing clearly states that the unit is approved by the NAPA, CA fire department. NOT the State of California - we had offered to accept a return of the unit and you did not ship the return as instructed. We are sorry that you feel that you were somehow lied to when we clearly advised you throughout the process.
