For the most part, I have had a good experience with the products they sell. However, my last order of the Bully sticks were not acceptable. Two of the 9 inch sticks were extremely thin and one was pointed which I hesitated giving to my pup. Although they did contact me to let me know that the sticks varied in thickness, some should be pulled from packaging, due to safety/quality.

Very happy with everything except shipping costs.

“Tank”loves this food.He is on grain free because of his allergy’s , and loves every bite. I have Tried several grain free foods the vet recommended but had to mix wet food with the dry just to get him to eat any of it which led to weight gain. Quality products, exceptional service and shipping

When we picked up our 8 weeks old Australian Labradoodle puppy from the airport, our Breeder sent a bag of Life's Abundance with him. 6 1/2years later, it's the only dry food we give him. He is such a healthy boy, no medical issues since we brought him home. My husband thinks it's because Life's Abundance is really good for him. Why change when it works so well?

No Service. I ordered a bag of food on 14 January, over a week now. I haven't received anything. As the result of the phantom shipment I will never use the product and will return it without opening if it ever arises. Go Blue Buffalo, I guess.
