Life's AbundanceReviews of lifesabundance.com

Life’s Abundance dog food was recommended by our breeder and we have been using it now for 13 years and our dog. Service has been great!

Fast shipping. 40lb. dog food bag arrived with a hole in it, due to a large new nail that was also mysteriously inside the box that punctured the bag.

Order delivered quickly and boxed safely.

My order was delivered in 3days...my cat, Dottie Belle is crazy for the new cat food...when Dot is happy, we are happy !! And the cost...we have been going to to pet "health food store in our town." You food is 1/2 as expensive !

I was recommended this food by Blue Buddha Frenchie's. I am getting a little Frenchie at the end of June. She will continue to be on this food.

Life’s abundance is always responsive and on time. It’s the only cat food our cat eats!

Customer Service is a 1 - The product is a 4.5. In November 2025, my delivery was thrown in the dirt somewhere on my street. By the time I found the box there was nothing in it. Dog food was gone. This never happened before in the ~9 years I received the food. Every other delivery has been to my front porch. I called the company repeatedly - every day for weeks. Then once a week for a couple of months. No answer after spending hours on hold with their automated message. I left my phone number multiple times - no return call. I tried to email the company multiple times through the website and the email said it was unsent. I turned to my credit card company. They got through to someone. A grainy photo of a box sitting in the dirt in front of a bush was sent as proof of their delivery. The note read that the delivery person could not get through my gate. I do not have a gate. My neighbor does. I challenged the finding of the credit card company. I sent pictures of the box as I found it that day open in the dirt no dog food, I included pictures of my front walk (no gate), my porch, and the website claim of 100% satisfaction of delivery. My credit card company said their findings stand and I was responsible for the charges for dog food I never received. The Life's Abundance website states 100% guaranteed delivery clearly. My next delivery was directly to my door. I have since suspended my auto shipping. Recently, I found out my credit card company has reported me to the credit bureau for making the claim against Life's Abundance and fighting the findings. Very sad. So much work and frustration. So, yes the product is great their customer service is horrible.

This autofill came off without a hitch! LOVE Life's Abundance products and service!
