Tasty Rewards
I purchased a 16 ox, bag of Tasty Rewards and they are all dried out. The first bag I received was moist and my puppy liked them much better.

We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your latest bag of Tasty Rewards. Our treats are produced in relatively small batches and do contain ingredients that can cause expected slight variations in aroma, texture, and color. While most commercial brands use additives to make each batch look and smell exactly the same, part of our commitment to you and your companion animal is to never add unnecessary ingredients for aesthetic reasons. If you haven't already please contact customer service at 877-387-4564 and they will be happy to help you arrange for a return or replacement.

I think the product is good
I think the product is good. I buy Puppy food and the Antioxidant health bars for my dogs. It's expensive though - maybe offer free shipping?!

Thank you for trusting us with your pup's nutrition! We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. As for the shipping cost, we can certainly understand your concerns. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times.

Both of my dogs only eat life abundance…
Both of my dogs only eat life abundance !! they’ve never eaten any other brand of food they are perfectly healthy and beautiful and that is why I keep buying food from your company my oldest is eight years old and the youngest is four I only had what I thought it was problem with your food but company corrected it right away ....later to find out it was not your food that was making my doggies sick....It was paper towels....I think Thank you and keep up the good work Your long time costumer Lucia

They could do better.
Their customer service was rude when I emailed about a concern I had and pricey.

My dog loves the dry food and my cats…
My dog loves the dry food and my cats love the wet food. After a few weeks of my 8 year old cat eating wet food her coat became so shiny. I like that the company makes their own food and ships it directly to me.

New to Life’s Abundance
I am in the process of switching my older dog to Life’s Abundance in anticipation of the arrival of my new puppy who is being weaned to it. Current dog seems to like it. I was pleased with how quickly it shipped and the quality of the products. I really like having it delivered to my home!
