We're so happy to hear your kitty loves the food and certainly understand your concerns about shipping charges. We’re concerned, too. At Life’s Abundance, we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations.

We’re sorry that your shipping experience has been less than satisfactory and understand your frustration in receiving your order late. Because the order was placed after the warehouse had closed for the day your order didn't ship out until the next day, which caused the delay. We apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you and have gone ahead and credited you back the shipping charge.

Thank you for trusting us with your 4-legged friend's nutrition! We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ½ cups. So, if both foods cost 50 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 75 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.25 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands.
