A recent order was not delivered. LA rushed a new bag of dog food to us right away. Phone calls are answered and emails are responded to in an impressive timely manner.

Ordered your weight loss dry and the Adult food dry kibble for our Standard Chocolate Poodle and my little fat English Pointer. Also ordered the canned food. Co-Co, the chocolate poodle is such a fuss-budget when it comes to eating. She turns her nose up at almost everything. She did with your food as well, but we kept mixing it in with her other food and eventually she has started to eat it. She always left some of the kibble but seems to be eating it all now. Hope it lasts. She seems to be happy for awhile and then decides she doesn't like it anymore so time will tell. Amica, my shelter rescue when she was 6 months old, won't stop eating. She was starved for 6 months and will eat anything she can find, including any left-overs that Ms. Fuss budget leaves on her plate. She is very overweight because of Co-Co's fussiness and leaving food. I haven't seen much difference in the weight loss food but it has only been a week. I'm able to feed her a little more (very little) of what she got before so I'm hoping that it will help satiate her constant hunger. I also give her only a 1/2 can of your canned food. She gets fed twice a day. 5AM and 5PM. She does seem more satisfied with a little more of the food. It is a little too early to say if this new food will do the trick. I wish it came in larger sizes, including the canned. We paid $1.61 per can for a food that had twice the amount in it and are paying more per can for half of that. That is a disappointment. The other food also had full pieces of chicken in it as well. I'll see how it goes. If the weight loss dry starts to show a difference, I'll keep buying it but time will tell. The order was received in Northern Wisconsin in 5 days.

Rec'd wrong product (bad) which was promptly replaced (good) With shipping & tax, your product is way more costly than comparable commercial food.

It took a while to get delivery of my dog food. I almost ran out of food. Before, it was great, this time not so much!!

Our dog loves this dog food!! We’ve noticed improvements in his overall health and behavior since putting him on it
