I love the food
I love the food. My samoyeds coats are the best and little maintenance on Life Abundance All Life Stages. The Revitalizing Shampoo puts a great shine and condition to their coats as well. The down side I see is Life's Abundance keeps increasing the price on the dog food. It is getting to the point that I may be looking to feed a different food due to the yearly price increases. With shipping, I'm not sure if I'm going to continue buying the food.

We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. We’re all about premium quality, safety, and superior service at Life’s Abundance and we’re proud of it. Our products are made regularly in small batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services you just don't get with those mega-corporations.

Thank you for giving me a 10% coupon off for my next order. Except it expired in a few days having a new puppy and grandkids nearby I need a coupon that last all month. Ordered some dog food
Ordered some dog food, put my full address down as shipping. Somewhere in the processing of shipping they didn't include my unit number therefore my dog food couldn't get delivered. When I called CS to see about this. I was blamed even though my invoice shows my unit number and they refused to give me a refund on the shipping and said the problem wasn't on there end. Not impressed and this was only my 2nd time ordering.

Great ingredients, great Customer service
Use the dog food since it was what the breeder started my pup on. Have been using for 5 years now and he still enjoys the food and I like not having to worry about running out with the auto ship. Customer service is great and I even ship bags to vacation instead of carting food. Great ingredients, great customer service. Happy customer.
