I called to discuss a dog food bag that hadn’t been correctly sealed in processing. No questions asked, I had a replacement bag of food in 2 days! One of the best customer services left around!

Editing autoship and adding new item
Don't like the fact that while editing autoship order and need to look up, on search bar, another item to add to order, it puts thst item in cart as a different order instead of adding item to existing autoship. Otherwise, a 4.5 star.

Good Food, shipping Costs not good
Our dog likes the food, it’s obviously high quality, customer service always friendly and efficient, shipping is prompt. The nearly 17% price increase since my last order (two months ago) is an issue. Can’t order larger quantity. Our dog is too small so freshness becomes an issue. I’ll explore other high quality options.

High Quality Food and Customer Service
First I would like to say that my 11 month Boston Terrier loves her puppy food. The breeder that I received my pup from highly recommended LA after several years of research and feels that its the best! I wish I knew about Life's Abundance with my previous Boston. She honestly drools at the sight of it plus its healthy, quality food. Secondly, I recently had a question and called customer service (she was amazing) plus I received an immediate follow up e-mail that was extremely informative and helpful. I rarely see quality customer service and a willingness to help anymore. I'm extremely impressed and would highly recommend!
