Love this company and their products
Love this company! They are polite and knowledgeable when I have called customer service, the delivery is SO quick and everything arrives safely and undamaged. My pug loves this food and will stay on this diet for her life, just as her sister before her.

This is the third shipment of a bag…
This is the third shipment of a bag with no effective closing mechanism to keep the food fresh. The cheap clip you send cannot handle the thickness of the packaging. I called last month to get a bag that closed. I was told there wasn’t anyway to make sure I got the “new bag” that we were told about 6 months ago. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor because I wanted to cancel my account after 5+ years as a customer. I was told she was busy. I gave you my number and asked her to call me back. The supervisor never called. I am paying over $600 annually for dog food that doesn’t stay fresh. I am beyond disappointed.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Been with them for almost 10 years. I now have a cat who is older and needs extra food. Being on auto ship, all I need to do is click "send now" and I know the extra food I need will be at my house in just a few days. Fantastic when things are uncontrollable. Love them.

Highest quality pet food around
Highest quality pet food around. Wouldn’t feed my 4-legged children anything else. I credit this brand for keeping my last cat healthy until almost 19 yrs old. Hoping to continue the longevity trend with our pup.
