Started using LA food for my dogs and they loved the food, I realized they were gaining weight from the all stages food after 3 weeks. I called the person (rep) I was getting I was getting the food from she said call the company. They informed me it was past the 30 day period now. (5 days) I couldn't get a exchange on my $90.00 bag of food. Too bad you lost a customer. I only wanted to switch to the weight management. Poor customer service!!!!

My Dog has always struggled with digestive issues. We have tried multiple different brands of food. After one week of starting Life’s Abundance he has had no issues. Great food!

The consistency of products seems to change. I have slowly started to change to switch to a different brand. I’ve changed my rating to poor after the companies reply. My cats loved the freeze-dried turkey hearts. The last order I received looked different and smelled bad. My cats would not eat them. Same with the other treats for healthy skin and coat. When the new batch arrived one of the cats actually ran under the couch after putting them out.

This is the food our cat was eating prior to us receiving her so I can’t compare to other foods. Delivery was prompt and arrived as scheduled.
