High quality food that my cats love, and fast and convenient shipping.

The overall the service was great, I felt taken care of and delivery was pretty quick and on time! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my puppy does not like the taste (she typically eats anything) and also has diarrhea after eating strictly this food. I slowly mixed in Abundance Puppy with her regular food for a month, so I'm not sure what the deal is exactly. She also defecates 2-3x after eating.

When I called to place my order the young lady who answered was Very unfriendly and cold. Sorry to have waisted your time. I hope I don’t get you next time I call to place my order.

First order and it was the Healthy Start Pack. Arrived in a timely fashion. Lost half the contents of the bath fresh mist bottle in shipping as top had loosened. Called and customer service rep was very professional. Shipping replacement bottle at no cost. Rep also answered all my questions about placing future orders. I'd say it's a great start to a new relationship!
