Tracking email and link give an estimated delivery date of 12/31/1899. No ability to plan for delivery with a gated entrance. Even if you go into the details tracking, every stop is the same 1899 date. There’s no email saying it was delivered. With no tracking and no notification the box sat out in plain sight all night. Delivery was in front of the gate blocking it’s ability to open 🙄 That’s a lot of hassle and headache for one box.

Lisa, thank you for your honest review. We're sorry your tracking showed an unhelpful date, there was no delivery notification, and the box ended up in a tough spot at your gate — that's genuinely frustrating when you can't plan ahead or secure your package. Our customer care team has been notified and will follow up with you directly. We hope to earn your full confidence next time.
