Impressed with the phone follow-up hours after I placed my initial order on line. Even if it was done perhaps under the guise of wanting to make sure that a distributor/representative in my area was going to receive credit for my order. I thought perhaps it was a recruitment call to enlist me as a distributor. In any regards the person who called was professional and pleasant to speak with. Glad to hear that the representative/distributor in my area would receive credit for my initial order & the future auto ship orders that I signed up for. Nice to know that your trying to protect & not rob your existing territory reps out of sales/commissions. Had my vet, where I purchased your product from over the past 7 years done a better job managing his inventory, I wouldn’t have thought to go on line and seek out another source to obtain my dogs food. Now I’m willing to pay a little extra for the convenience of having it arrive at my door step. Especially during this pandemic.
