Breeder recommended for new puppy, that’s what they were fed, except I decided on the puppy food instead of the all life stages. Although I ordered the all life stages for my other dogs, and they eat it without me having to add a topper. Also their poop is good too. I’m excited to try other dog and people products! Nothing is more important to me than to take care of my pets and make sure they’re happy! So far, this food has been absolutely wonderful for them! Also, great fast delivery service!!

I purchased the healthy start pack for small and medium dogs with a money back guarantee. So I brought my puppy home and have had here for two days and she will refuse to eat the kibble or treats and After smelling i can see why. When asking for my money back they said of course as long as we paid shipping for the 50+ pounds of items.

My new vet recommended Lifes Abundance for my 4 yo kitty. Since the food is not a prescription food, I had some questions about the food choices on the website and reached out to customer service. I mostly wanted to make sure of the ash content, the magnesium levels, and if they noticed if the grain free food would be as filling as their other food, for a kitty that tends to beg and be hungry! The only responses I received were incredibly short and unfriendly tone and said “we are not a vet”. Obviously I know they aren’t a vet, but when you decide to formulate food, I would assume you’d know information about it! Who it caters to and who it doesn’t, etc. my cat salty hates the wet “instinct” food and tho he likes the dry food (grain free and regular) he throws up the dry, so it must just not be right for us.
