My dogs have a healthy coats
My dogs have a healthy, shiny coats and they eat just what they need. We love the all stages grain free, all stages regular and they go nuts over pork and venison canned food.

The dry dog foods are good
The dry dog foods are good, I will place an order them again. But Buffalo Bully Sticks are very stinky. I will never buy them again.

Customer service is excellent, however the packaging is subpar
Customer service is excellent, however, the way your company packages the breeding bags of food is subpar. My last order arrived with one box crushed and the food bag had opened and food spilled out. Customer service resolved the problem (they are always wonderful to deal with) however, this is not the first time packaging has been an issue. For such large heavy bags of food, the flimsy way the boxes are constructed and sent (one piece of tape holding it closed, really?) is not sufficient often resulting in boxes that are partially open when they arrive. This is the 3rd time damage to the bag has actually occurred due to this same issue. The product itself is excellent, however, you really need to address the poor shipping issues.

Great company
I have been dealing with this company for over a year now. I use their personal care products and their dog and cat food. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer service is amazing! I love this company!
