Our dog loves the food!

Very kind, courteous & helpful.

I will say that I do not have anything negative to say about the quality of their food, and my dog was a big fan of the treats. However, shortly after I placed my third order with them, I found out that my dog has a bad intolerance to chicken and therefore would need to return the food (I hadn’t opened it yet). I reached out about the return policy, they told me that if you have to return your order from them, it must be **unopened, and shipped back to them within 4 days of receiving it or they will not refund you. If it is opened or been longer than 4 days you will not receive a refund. At PetSmart and MudBay you can return bags of **opened food up to 30 days after purchase if your pet has an issue with it. They also do not fully refund you, it took 12 days from when they received my order back to reimburse me, I also received $10 less than I paid on the original order. Overall really not impressed with how they handle business.

It is awesome to know about this company! Not only does my dog, "Windsor" love the dog food, my friends pets do as well! Affordable and healthy~

My two Ragdoll cats have had Life's Abundance their whole lives. It came highly recommended by their breeder. They love it and they are both healthy and perfect weight. Fast shipping has made ordering food in a pinch easy, even if I waited until the last minute. My last order I panicked because we were moving and I thought the shipment would go to the wrong address. Jamie at the Texas location personally went to the warehouse to make sure that it would arrive correctly. Amazing customer service and great product.

My dog enjoys the food and treats. I enjoy that it's healthy and not full of the preservatives that a lot of stuff is made from anymore.

Was delivered in a timely matter, an wrapped real well. My kitten has only been on it 2 days but seems to like it.

Unfortunately my new puppy doesn’t want to eat anything so I can’t really give you a review! She was totally eating it at the breeder! Hoping it is just adjusting!
