Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear your feline friends are absolutely loving their food! At Life's Abundance, we emphasize quality and safety. That's why we don't use artificial flavors or colors in any of our formulas. For a long time, we proudly proclaimed our products to be all natural. However, since we've added vitamins to our foods, it can no longer be considered all natural. However, our compliance with this regulation does not change the premium quality or safety of our products in the least! In addition, we make every effort to source our ingredients from the U.S. Foremost is our commitment to quality and safety...all other factors, including price and country of origin, come later. We work very hard to offer high-quality products at reasonable prices for our loyal customers. At present, the majority of our ingredients are sourced domestically. However, there are a few ingredients (for example, taurine and pomegranate extract) that we source from Asian countries, including India and China. Rest assured, we use only a handful of trusted U.S. suppliers who from time to time import this small minority of items. You should also know that we employ numerous safety and quality controls to ensure the highest quality products. Therefore, we are extremely confident in the quality and safety of our food products. We remain absolutely dedicated to providing products to ensure the long-term health and happiness of your companion animals. Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance to nourish your furry friends!

Congratulations on your new kittens! We absolutely value each and every customer, and appreciate your business. Please know that we understand the inconvenience of not having access to all of the products you want. We tried to keep our Start Packs on sale for as long as possible for new pet parents like you, but unfortunately we had to take this product off sale as well. Like many businesses across all industries, we are in an unprecedented situation directly caused by the pandemic, and have had to make tough decisions. We are sorry that timing did not allow you the chance to join Autoship. As you have learned, those enrolled in this discount program have the additional benefit of already being in line to receive inventory when it becomes limited. This is the first time in over 20 years of business that we have had to do this. We completely understand your frustration and disappointment and are working hard to get things back to normal. In the meantime, as a suggestion, you can soften our premium kibble with a little bit of water or even use baby food as a mix-in. It's highly regulated, so a jar of chicken baby food is only chicken and usually avoids extra salt. Moisten the kibble and mix it in as you would the canned food! Thank you for your patience and understanding!
