We were on vacation
We were on vacation when our autoship was scheduled be sent out. Since no one would be home for a week. I called and rescheduled the delivery for a date we would be back home. The customer service representative was potite and helpful. We were able to get our delivery changed.

Shipping needs improvement
Products and shipping time is awesome. Would be 5⭐️ Except packaging continues to be more and more of a problem. Boxes are arriving in a increasingly damaged condition. The box was basically open with packing list falling out. I am fearful that the next package will be missing purchased items and/or purchased items will be damaged due to poor packaging for shipment.
