At Life’s Abundance, we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. We’re not a mega-corporation that manufactures massive amounts of products and brands, storing them in huge clearing houses where they’re kept for long periods of time waiting to be shipped out to smaller warehouses and store stock rooms until ordered or stocked on the shelves. Our products are made in frequent batches and shipped directly to one of our clean, climate-controlled warehouses where they are carefully boxed and shipped. And, in case we need to communicate with you about any of our products, we have a quick response system to share information quickly and effectively. These are services and peace of mind you just don't get with those mega-corporations. Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance!

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to learn that you did not have a satisfactory experience with us and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you. Unfortunately, your first order had gotten lost in transit, so we decided to go ahead and send you a replacement so you could receive your product sooner. We understand your frustration, however we do hope you will try our premium kibble for your new puppy! However, if you do wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping/handling). We hope your puppy lives a long, happy and healthy life by your side!
