The food is great asnd easy to order
The food is great asnd easy to order. The shipping is VERY inconsistent. Sometimes it takes 3 days to arrive, sometimes it takes 7-10 days.

If it ever takes more than that, please call our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 so we can assist you and send you a replacement bag, if necessary. Never have had a problem with this company. I been using them for five years now and they continue to be there for me with my concerns about my pets. They work with you until you get the deliveries coming in the way you need them. Thank you you guys are the best.

We use Life Abundance for both of our puppies. They are both happy and healthy. We also use their shampoo and snacks. We are impressed with how fast we have received our products and highly recommended Life Abundance.

Wonderful customer service!
SO happy with the handling of my order!! 09-28-21..Order placed. 09-29-21..Order was shipped via USPS per email from Life's Abundance. Should arrive in a few days. 10-01-2021..Could not access any tracking online for postal service, so I called Life's Abundance and spoke with Stacy :) . We decided to give it another couple of days. 10-04-2021..Nothing delivered yet and still not able to track on USPS site. I called Life's Abundance again and spoke with Jamie :) who stated they would reship the product. I asked that this time they use UPS and NOT the postal service.. 10-05-21..Replacement product was shipped via UPS per email from Life's Abundance. 10-06-2021...Product delivered by UPS. And then...Yup, on 10-07-2021 I finally received the order that was shipped by the postal service.
