I would typically have given 5 stars because I have been ordering Life’s Abundance dog food for the last three years and shipping us always very fast! However I recently ordered the pet fresh spray and it arrived broken - I sent an email about what I could do about this and I still have not heard anything back which is rather disappointing. I will still order their products but I am disappointed that I was not either sent a replacement product or offered any type us resolution. Update *** I added 1 additional star Thank you - I did receive the replacement order - However the order arrived in the same condition as the first order - the spray bottle is loose in the box with nothing to keep it secure and the spray top is busted off and I cannot reattach it - I am surprised I am the only person who has had this happen - I have purchased another bottle to empty the contents into - I appreciate your effort but I think if you package it better it would arrive intact - I do not require another replacement.

This is my first time using life’s abundance. The order arrived very quickly and my new puppy ate very well.

We have been feeding our dogs Life’s abundance for over 16 years. I received an auto ship with the bag busted open. Although this most likely occurred during shipping, I am uncomfortable feeding an opened bag to my dogs. You never know. I called and Customer Service immediately shipped out a replacement bag. Top notch. We are thrilled with this company.

Our 11-year-old terrier loves the food and has been eating it since we got her. The website allows me to set up a schedule for delivery (I get an email shortly before the food is sent) or I can alter the schedule as necessary. Couldn't be easier. And no trips to the pet store! What's not to like?

I’ve just started using Life’s Abundance Puppy food. It came highly recommended by a breeder I’ve followed for years. For now the 5 star rating is for the service and timing delivered right to my door… I’ll let you know when my pup has been on it for a couple months and how the vet thinks he’s doing! So far service is great!!

My cat and dogs have eaten your product exclusively for many years and we have not had any problems either with the product or the logistics involved in shipping. Keep up the good work!

My dog loves this food! I had my vet check out the ingredients and she said they were a perfect mix for my dog's overall health.I love the ease of on-line ordering and delivery.
