We had a problem with the food that was delivered related to color which then translated into our dog not eating it, so I guess it tasted different also. I called about the problem and the food was replaced quickly. I provide the batch numbers on the bag and was told there would be a quality control check on the batch that bag came from. The person at Life’s Abundance was very nice. We received a replacement bag quickly and our little guy is very pleased,

Customer service is above the normal. It is very nice to be able to call and get answers and the help you need. Thank you very much. Your products are great. I have a brand new puppy and he loves all the treats and is doing great on the food. Nice to feel taken care of.

Products and delivery are great. I had to call regarding the bully sticks. Extremely thin. Very dangerous. My dog almost choked on it. I know Life's Abundance doesn't have control over this, but the manufacturer should be contacted.... ASAP...before something tragic happens. Thank you.

Thank you for your review! Our beloved single-ingredient dog treats retain many of their natural characteristics including size, shape and even smell. Because of this, and because they undergo minimal processing, there will be natural variation between each treat. This is why some of them are thinner than others. While the bully sticks are generally safe, there are times when pet parents decide it’s not the right treat for their dog. This is why we always emphasize supervising your dog when giving treats.
