Thank you for your feedback! We realize that when you compare a bag of Life’s Abundance pet food to other foods, it may seem like ours are more expensive to feed. However, in general, that’s not the case at all. That’s because the most accurate way to compare the price of one pet food versus another is the cost to feed a meal. For example, the suggested amount to feed a 30 lb. dog Life’s Abundance All Life Stage kibble is 1 ½ cups whereas a competing food may be 2 ¼ cups. So, if both foods cost 65 cents a cup, the Life’s Abundance would cost 96 cents to feed and the competing food would cost $1.46 to feed. Because our Life’s Abundance dry pet foods are so nutrient dense, the suggested feeding is generally less than many other brands so it ends up costing less to feed than other brands. As for the shipping cost, we can certainly understand your concerns. Please know we are constantly looking for ways to keep shipping reasonable and improve delivery times. As far as your pup's upset stomach, please contact our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 so we can hear more about your experience. We are always happy to answer any questions or concerns as well.

We completely understand your disappointment in not being able to get our canned foods. We’re disappointed too. Canned food manufacturing is experiencing significant challenges in ingredient supply. This is a direct result of pandemic-related supply chain disruptions. In other words, supply cannot keep up with demand. Unfortunately that means that, despite our best efforts, we will not be able to make these products widely available for quite some time. As far as toppers, a number of our treats (such as our Turkey Hearts Freeze-Dried Treats) are perfect for this. They are easy to crumble or crush into a powder that can be sprinkled over dry food. Thank you for choosing Life's Abundance to nourish your furry friend!
