Overall my dogs love their food. I mean love it. The reason why I’m only giving 4 stars. I ordered 2 of the small cans of chicken in crab sauce. My dogs love it. The cans were dented. I called CS I was immediately sent out 2 more cans. But when I received the replacement cans. Those were dented as well. I didn’t bother to call CS back. I just bought food from a different company. I received a total of 4 dented cans. Other than that. My dogs absolutely love their LA food. Oh I feed them the LA grain free kibble. They go crazy breakfast time. The tails wag and they remind me dinner time it’s time to eat. When I pull out the green bag. They run in circles with excitement.

I was supposed to receive my first auto-ship in April. When I realized 3 weeks later that I never received my package I called customer service. I was blamed for not reporting a missing package sooner. I had kept my eye on my email for a shipping notification and never received one. I had never received an auto ship before and didn’t know how long turn around time was. The woman I spoke to about this matter, although was helpful in getting me a new bag of dog food sent out, she was very rude and blaming. Once my order was shipped a few days later the package arrived in horrible condition. Portly taped shut and partially ripped apart. I am glad the dog food bag in seller closed at the warehouse or it would have been a disaster. If I didn’t start my puppy on this food from the beginning I probably would not stay with your company based on rude customer service. I can only hope this doesn’t happen again and I can continue to use your dog food for my puppy.

I called to add to my regular authorship order, and while I unfortunately missed the shipment, the phone rep was really awesome and comped my shipping fee. I have two Great Danes and a little mutt, so I go through a lot of Life's Abundance! Thank you!

Excellent customer service, high quality pet products and fast shipping,

My dog keeps having diarrhea on Life abundance, I don’t recommend this dog food to anyone.

Very helpful phone conversation. Knowledgeable And helpful.

I've been feeding LA dry food to my dogs for years. They love it (but they are very food oriented) and I know it's good for them. My 12 year old Border Collie is slowing down and with that, putting on weight. We are now trying out the diet dry food, and we'll see if she will shed some pounds. All in all, I trust Life's Abundance to maintain their high quality across the board.

I have a cat that was severely allergic to most foods. Kept her on expensive prescription canned food for years. Also on predisolone. She couldn't even have treats or dry kibble. I accidentally found LA and tried the freeze dried treats. Eventually I moved her to a few kibbles of dried food. Today we can leave a full bowl out for her to graze on. Success story and happy mom and cat. Both my Shih Tzus also love this food! Thanks, LA!
