Great product and excellent delivery service. The dog food makes our puppies coat just shine! Have recommended this product to others and people are always amazed at the results.

I placed an order with customer service…
I placed an order with customer service very clearly explaining what I was ordering and the urgency needing it in and when it was received it was the wrong food and a day late. When called the resolve it I had to pay for the new bag and pay for expedited shipping and now my new puppy is currently out of food not eating as we wait for it to be delivered.

My only complaint is that the boxes in…
My only complaint is that the boxes in which our 20 lb bag is sent are often hastily put together, tape missing the openings, etc. By the time a delivery reaches us, the box is often a mess. Our dog loves his kibble, so the box is irrelevant.
