Broken Website & Order Missing Items
Not easy to sign in on website for the new user. No link for 1st time users to register. Company does provide a sign-in portal for previous users, but not for the 1st time user. Was this just a bad day? No one was answering the phones provided all day, that’s all day! so I gave up and sent an email asking for a link to register. It took 2 days just to get a link to sign-up a new account. Not a good 1st impression, but I have heard good things about their dog food from my breeder. Update; Today, Friday (International Dog Day) just a few days after placing my first order, I received dog food quickly but the 40# bag has a cut in the sack (not by me) and the order is missing 3 items inside start up kit. Unfortunately the office is closed until Monday and my puppy arrives Tuesday.

We made sure to reply the next day once we opened up our Customer Care center. In addition, signing up for an account is part of the checkout process when you purchase one of our products. After this, you can log into your account and see order history as well as check on the status of your orders. My cat loves Life's Abundance
My cat loves Life's Abundance canned cat food, and we have been very pleased with the product. I only wish there were some other flavor options available.

Excellent quality!
I have been feeding my pets, dogs and cats, Life's Abundance since 2006. It has kept them healthy and their coats soft and shiny!

Good products, Good Service
Good products. Prompt and complete replies from your help contact----they are NOT all as good as Life's Abundance! My 2 1/2 year old cats are in wonderful health. Just normal shorthairs, their fur is lovely and soft. I notice the difference when I pet other cats without this excellent nutrition. By contrast, mine have luxurious coats! Very happy with the food and the service. Thank you!

Responsiveness to order problem
I had a problem with some spoilage in a shipment; not only was the matter quickly resolved with a replacement shipment, but it was obvious that the vendor was deeply concerned and wanted to remedy any potential problems for others.
