The food is very high quality but often damaged packaging
The food is very high quality. But all canned food is out of stock. And on 2 separate occasions we have received shipments with many damaged cans that we leaking food. The boxes we undamaged. This tells me that your staff is packaging damaged merchandise. I do not want to stop ordering. But if this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere!

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that your shipping experience was not up to par. It is definitely frustrating when your product arrives damaged. We can assure you that your package did not leave our warehouse in such condition. If at any point your product is damaged or missing, please call our Customer Care team at 877-387-4564 and we would be happy to replace the product. In regards to the canned food, we understand the frustration in not being able to order it. We look forward to offering our canned recipes again in the future and we’re making progress in this direction. Like all of our foods, our canned recipes are our own unique formulations that cannot be found elsewhere. It pains us that we’re unable to offer this item to you for a period of time, but we’re not taking any shortcuts in this process and are committed to ensuring that the products we offer, and every step leading to their production, meet or exceed our standards for safety and quality.

I have had an auto shipment set up for years now and I've never once had a problem with it. The reminder email makes it easy for me to push the delivery if needed. My package always arrives when they say it will and without any hassle.

Whenever we have called to change the delivery date, everyone has been so helpful. We buy the 25lb bag and the amount our dog eats seems to vary so we call frequently and it has never been an issue. Always prompt on delivery.

I like how simple it is to order dog food and supplies when I need them. I wish Life's Abundance offered coupons or other money saving deals. Both my dogs love the food!
